The Restaurant is within one of the oldest buildings in Alghero "The Palazzo Carcassona", which dates back to the 14th Century. The Facade is particularly interesting, with intricate architecture and carvings with a stunning entrance.
At the Helm of the RISTORANTE "O" is MasterChef Eoghain O'Neill, whom personally designed the Restaurant & menu's with the soul thought of Essence and Beauty.
